The special feature, unmatched elsewhere, is the splendid double storey recreation room ideal for parties. It contains comfortable sofas, armchairs, a pool table, a library, table tennis and card table. Free WiFi. Powerful sound system. Plug in your own iPod or phone, or bring CDs. Optional LED lights flash to the music. Subtle indirect lighting reflects from the stone walls, and gives the room a warm evening glow. During the day light pours in through the south facing double glass doors and large skylights. Level access direct from the road. Bring your own food, drink and music, or order it in advance. Effective night storage heating with booster plus extra radiators in cold weather.
